Tailor-made bike events
When planning a congress or corporate event, an outdoor activity is a must! Cycling through the city, experiencing its sights and sounds and smells, is an unforgettable experience for all participants, and provides a welcome break from meetings and presentations.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that the organisational aspects of these tours are perfect. We ensure punctual delivery of top conditioned bikes to your hotel or conference venue, and we provide on-site staff to adjust saddle heights, and to generally assist the guests. This includes providing the right equipment, such as bike helmets (which are not compulsory to wear in Berlin).
Before Corona hit us, we organised hundreds of such bike events, with as many as 350 participants at a time. Large groups are divided into smaller teams of 15 participants, each accompanied by one of our guides, so individual safety and attention to detail can be facilitated.
Should you wish to combine the bike tour with a lunch or a visit to a museum, for example, we are happy to advise you so that these stops fit well with the route of the tour.
Environmental sustainability is increasingly becoming an important issue when holding these events. Cycling means minimal environmental impact as you power yourself around the city. This is why we generally advise against using e-bikes, but we are very happy to provide them for individual participants who have specialised needs.
We are flexible about the duration of the tours. If the group’s program is too tight for a full round trip, a bus transfer can be replaced by a short bike ride.
We are happy to work with you to create an individual offer for the perfect event for your group.

We select the routes of our tours carefully, and our guides receive specialist training in managing bike tours. We favour routes that lead away from the busy main roads of the city, and try wherever possible to stick to quiet streets and cycle paths, for maximum safety and enjoyment.
50% of Berlin households do not own a car, and travelling by bike or public transport is the norm here, which means that car drivers are used to cyclists.
The luminous orange vests worn by our bike guides and a volunteer at the back of the bike tour make us easy to spot on the roads. In Berlin it is possible to enjoy a safe and relaxed bike tour, including with children.
On average our group bike tours consist of between eight and twelve participants. On our regular bike tours, fifteen people per group is our maximum. If there are more registrations, we provide more guides, to ensure that groups remain manageable in size, for the sake of safety and for the enjoyment of our guests.
A minimum of four guests is required for a bike tour to run.
In the case of private bike tours, we recommend that groups do not exceed fifteen guests at a time. Larger groups will be divided up, with more guides allocated to the tour.
