Blog

Welcome to our speaker's corner!

Here we write about some of the amazing things that are happening in Berlin any given day - if we find the time. The articles you'll find here, don't neccessarily have anything to do with bike tours in Berlin, but they're all definitely about our beloved home town. If you're new here you might enjoy browsing our top-categories featured below or the tag-cloud on the right.

Most articles are still in German, although we're posting more and more in English, and the photos are worth it regardless. If you're interested in writing for us, send a mail to social@berlinonbike.de with your idea.

Vor kurzem hat sich jedoch die Gelegenheit ergeben unseren Häuptling im Brandenburgischen abzuholen und dabei das Angenehme mit dem Nützlichen zu verbinden. Gestartet sind wir in Neustrelitz, weiter…

Berlin Mural Fest in Wilmersdorf It’s already been quite some time since the guys from Berlin Mural Fest sent half the city in a streetart-frenzy creating over a dozen new large-scale walls all over the city – including some new favorites. There was one location a bit off the usual places for high-profile urban art: Wilmersdorf. weiter…

Tipps for your Berlin Weekend After a short, heat-related break last week we are back with our ideas to spend your weekend, if you’re not just chilling at the lake or eating ice-cream the whole day. Party in Berlin Kater Blau invited DJ, producer and live musician Ray Kajioka to perform his signature 90s-detroit-sound this weiter…

Exhibition: Nineties Berlin

Flashback to the 90s A new exhibition at the old mint (Alte Münze) features an epoch that a lot of us actually lived through: the 90s. The first couple of years after the Fall of the Wall are shaping Berlin until today. The myth as THE European captital for electronic music and the culture that weiter…
