Are your clients are looking for an exceptional Berlin experience? Then look no further.

We have 400 bikes and over 60 specially trained guides ready to show your guests around Berlin – from the classic highlights, to hidden spots and tours on fascinating topics.

We’ve also developed a string of special offers: bike and boat, a bike tour as city rally, bike tours with local culinary treats, or a city bike tour coupled with expeditions into the underground world beneath Berlin.

Our event tours are tailor made to suit each individual group. They can kick off from our home base at Kulturbrauerei or we can deliver the bikes to any other starting point, such as your guest’s hotel so that the tour can start right after breakfast without needing a bus-transfer.

Apart from English and German, we offer tours in the following languages: Dutch, French, Spanish and Swedish as well as a number of other languages upon request.

The prices quoted here are a rough guide for an approximate calculation and do not include VAT.

Here is a selection of our combination offers.

Culinarian Bike Tour

Clärchens BallhausReal Berlin fare! On this tour, we roll through this beautiful city at a leisurely pace and stop off three times for home-grown treats: coffee and cake in an old Berliner cafe, later stopping off for a currywurst and a beer or soft drink at a traditional Berlin kiosk, then rounding off the sightseeing tour with a typical East German Soljanka soup, or an ice-cream in summer. The tour itself involves checking out a number of highlights in the central city, cruising past the iconic Eastside Gallery on the former Berlin Wall, experiencing the funky side of town in Friedrichshain and marvelling at the bombastic communist architecture in Karl-Marx-Allee!

Tour from 33 Euro per person for guided tour in small groups, bike-rental and refreshments. Tour length is around 18km, tour duration is about 4 hours. Due to the 3 refreshment stops, this tour is not recommended for less than 4 hours.

Early Bird Tours

Berlin im MorgengrauenAn offer especially designed for event organisers and congress guests. Anyone coming to Berlin for a conference usually sees surprisingly little of the city, and no wonder – if their schedule is full of all-day talks and meetings and evenings spent strengthening business contacts.
Offer your guests more! A 30 to 45 minute bike tour first thing in the morning strengthens mind and body, and the guests can go home having had an unforgettable Berlin experience to balance out the long day of sitting or standing around. Another special offer is going on a sightseeing jog.

From 20 Euro per person incl. bike delivery and collection. Distances of about 7km. Recommended duration is 30 – 60 minutes.

Bunker Tour

Bunker in der ReinhardtstraßeBelow Berlin is an underground labyrinth. Subway stations built and never used, bunkers from WWII, civil-safety structures from the Cold War era, as well as the „Belastungskörper“ – a steel colossus that Hitler’s architect Albert Speer used to test whether his planned 325-meter-high „Halle des Volkes“ (Hall of the People) would sink in the instable sandy ground in the area. By bike we see some particularly interesting spots before experts take us deep into Berlin’s underworld.

From 40 Euros per person. The length of the tour depends on the chosen programme, usually somewhere between 15km and 25km. The duration of the tour is 3 hours or more.

Bike and Boat

SpreeblickThe river Spree snakes its way through the government district and flows around Museum Island before streaming through the oldest part of town, the Nikolaiviertel. Seeing the city from this perspective reveals some astounding insights into Berlin. This combination Bike and Boat Tour presents Berlin from both the water and on land. The boat cruise, lasting around an hour and a half, is a relaxing intermezzo in the middle of the bike tour, with refreshments available onboard.

From 25 Euro per person. Minimum duration 3,5 hours. Length of bike-tour section between 15km to 25km.

Conference Bike

Conference BikeWould you like to do something by bike and have a real laugh on an extraordinary vehicle? Then we recommend a tour on the Conference Bike. Up to 6 people sit on this special bike and all pedal together. It feels something like sitting on a carousel. And since everyone sits facing each other like at a round table, a maximum degree of fun and sociability is guaranteed. The bike is steered by one of our professional operators, who simultaneously comments on the sights along the way. Up to 5 conference bikes can be utilised at the same time.

Conference Bike rental from 75 Euro per hour.

Rickshaw-Service

RikschaIf you’re planning a bike tour for a big group, it can happen that one or two participants perhaps don’t feel entirely secure on a bike, or are hindered by an injury or disability. At a little extra cost we can provide rickshaw bikes with drivers. The rickshaw can easily keep up with the leisurely pace of our tours. If you would like to a tour or a transfer exclusively with rickshaws, we can book that for you too.

From 42 Euro per rickshaw, per hour, capacity 2 persons.

Transfers on Bike

Tourstart am Potsdamer PlatzBerlin’s attractions are spread all over the city. If you’ve planned a full programme for your group, you’ll have to be organising a few transfers from place to place. From the hotel to the theatre, from the restaurant to the river cruise, or from the museum back to the hotel and so on. Offer your guests a bit of variety and simply replace one of the bus transfers with a short bike tour. Here too our guides ensure that the participants arrive at the intended location by way of a pleasant stretch away from heavy traffic.

From 20 Euro including bike delivery and collection.

Welcome Walk

Empfang am HauptbahnhofIt’s the first impression that counts – and particularly so when you’ve arrived at your intended port of call after a long journey. More often than not, it’s exactly these first few hours that get all cluttered up with organisational things. A bus transfer to the hotel, room allocation, schlepping your luggage… With our Welcome Walk, you experience Berlin 100% from the first moment. Our guide comes to pick you up, for example, on your platform at Hauptbahnhof, the main station. We take care of your luggage transfer while your group goes on an informative and entertaining stroll with one of our guides, for example through the government district, through Brandenburg Gate and on to Potsdamer Platz.

From 15 Euro per person, including luggage transport. Can also be booked as welcome bike tour.
